transportation to and from yourwedding, reception
and hotels. Also for the wedding party to use for
a few hours to go bar hopping!!!

Bachelor/Bachorlette Combo

Book a bus for your bachelor and a bus for your
bachelorette party for a minimum of 5 hours each,
and we will provide 3 hours of shuttle service
the day of your wedding in our 46 passenger
bus FREE!!

Split Charter Service

$150 per hour
4, 6, 8 hour

When you only need service for a few hours.
You can use this to shuttle guests to your
event and then have us pick them back up at a
later time.
Not available in some areas or out of state.
Additional mileage fee applies for outside of
Eau Claire and Chippewa falls area.

Rules
|
|
Minimum hourly rental required for down payment on all charters.Down payments are NON Refundable.
|
|
$50.00 cleaning deposit required for all charters.
|
Location Pickup Fee: ($1.50 per mile one-way out of Eau Claire) Ex: Menomonie 25
miles from Eau Claire = $37.50
This is a one time charge (if applys) for each bus rented.

Your Charter time does not start until we arrive at your pick up location and ends
when we drop you off.
|
|
All prices do include taxes, driver's wages, fuel and basic cleaning.
|
|
For your accommodations all buses have CD players, Party lights and Garbage cans.
|
|
We allow personal coolers and kegs on all our buses.
|
|
We do allow jello shots; however $25.00 will be taken out of your $50.00 cleaning
deposit.
|
|
Buses do not have bathrooms.
|
|
Buses only operate in the state of Wisconsin.
|
We do not allow peanuts, popcorn, sunflower seeds or eggs on the buses!
No Smoking allowed on the bus pursuant WI state statute 101.123 (Termination of Charter)

Driver Gratuity is not included...
